At Q1 Care we seek to provide efficient services to meet the day-to-day activities on behalf of our clients. Personal activities that promotes the welfare of our clients is our priority. We focus on the following:

Morning Routine:

  1. Waking up – The first step of the day, usually followed by stretching or a few minutes of meditation.
  2. Hygiene – Brushing teeth, washing face, and showering.
  3. Breakfast – Preparing and eating a morning meal, whether it’s quick or a leisurely breakfast.
  4. Exercise – Morning workouts, yoga, jogging, or stretching.
  5. Planning the day – Reviewing your calendar, to-do list, or setting intentions for the day.
  6. Getting dressed – Choosing clothes for the day, depending on whether you’re working from home or going out.

Work/School Day:

  1. Commute or Home Office Setup – Traveling to work or setting up your home office for the day.
  2. Work or Study – Engaging in your primary responsibilities (e.g., meetings, writing, problem-solving, or assignments).
  3. Breaks – Taking short breaks to stretch, get coffee, or step outside for fresh air.
  4. Lunch – Preparing or eating lunch, which might involve a break from work or school activities.
  5. Collaborating or Communicating – Responding to emails, phone calls, or messages with colleagues, friends, or family.

After-Work/Evening Routine:

  1. Exercise/Physical Activity – Evening workouts, going for a walk, or engaging in a hobby.
  2. Cooking Dinner – Preparing a meal or going out to eat.

Night Routine:

  2. Sleep – Ensuring you get a good night’s rest to recharge for the next day.
